Dexter Donkey Week
This week we are focusing on letter D! We talked about donkeys, ducks, dogs, and doctors/dentists. We learned about number 3. We read the Bible story of Hannah praying for a son!
F is for Fish Week
This week we learned about Freddy Fish and the letter F. We also learned about forest animals, family, flowers, and firefighters. We focused the number 4. We also watched the Bible story fo Elijah and Naaman.
Butterfly and Bee Pollination Activity
This is a great activity to teach young preschoolers about pollination. It is a physical activity to show how pollination works.
C is for Cow Week
This week we started the letter C using the Abeka 3s curriculum. We learned about cars, cats, camels, and Canada. We learned the number 2 and counted up to 10. We also learned about Moses in our Bible story.
Letter B Week
This week we are focusing on the letter B and learning about bears, butterflies, birds, and busses/boats. We also will count to 5 and focus on recognition of numbers 1 and 2. We also learned about Isaac in the Bible with focusing on his birth and testing of Abraham as well as finding a bride for him.
Spotlight: England Activities
This week we learned about England! C enjoys learning about other countries and England was no different. Here are just a few activities we enjoyed this week!
E is for Elephant Week
This week we learned about Ellie Elephant. We started the week by reading about Ellie from our Abeka Curriculum. We learned how to write our big E’s and little e’s.
