Measuring ingredients strengthens math skills, following a recipe builds early literacy, and mixing or decorating helps with fine motor coordination. Baking together also encourages patience, teamwork, and confidence in the kitchen, making it a hands-on learning experience that engages all their senses! We have used Baketivity kits before and they are also a great introduction into baking with littles. Read about that here.
